What are your minimums and lead times?

Minimums and lead times all depend on the product that you want to customize. The product type, size, material, printed/non-printed, quantity ordered, etc. would all play factors in minimums and lead times.

In general, we recommend a minimum quantity of at least 5,000 pieces (though that depends on the above factors).

Note: You will get much better pricing the larger the quantity, so 10,000 pieces would typically be significantly cheaper on a per-item level than the starting 5,000 piece recommendation.

We do most of our manufacturing overseas to offer the best value possible, so a typical lead time is 75-90 days from when the order is placed to when it is in your hands. Any design time should be added to that. If you are in need of a faster time, please contact us. We do have the ability to make some bag types domestically to provide a shorter lead time. We can also do express orders that typically take 5-6 weeks to finish. Additional express/rush costs apply.

Here are some samples of average base prices for custom orders, meaning it is the minimum dollars that you should expect to spend on a given bag or box type. Actual quantities and costs will depend on the size of the bag and the complexity of the project.

Crystal Clear Bags

  • Unprinted typically start at $250 to $300
  • Printed 1-2 colors typically start at $500-$600
  • Printed 3+ colors typically start at $700+

Stand Up Zipper Pouches

  • Unprinted typically start at $700-800
  • Printed 1-2 colors typically start at $1000-$1250
  • Printed 3+ colors typically start at $1400+

Hanging Zipper Barrier Bags

  • Unprinted typically start at $450-$550
  • Printed 1-2 colors typically start at $600-$800
  • Printed 3+ colors typically start at $900+

PE or PP Zipper Bags

  • Unprinted typically start at $1000-2000
  • Printed 1-2 colors typically start at $1500-$2500
  • Printed 3+ colors typically start at $2500+

PE or PP Bags

  • Note: Custom sizes over 20 x 24 inch outer dimension must be shipped by truck.
